The short version: our tools process your files in your browser and never upload them. Analytics and advertising are the only third parties involved.

The part most people want
The tools on this site — image compressor, word counter, JSON formatter, case converter and the format converters — run entirely in your browser. Your files and text are never transmitted to us or anyone else. You can verify this by disconnecting from the internet after a tool page loads; it will keep working.
What we collect
Information you give us
If you use the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, we receive what you type: your name, email address and message. We use it to reply to you or to send the newsletter, and for nothing else. We do not sell it.
Information collected automatically
Analytics is not currently enabled on this site. When it is, this section will describe exactly what is collected.
What we never collect
- The contents of files you process with our tools.
- The text you paste into the counters or formatters.
- Payment details — we do not take payments.
- Account credentials — there are no accounts.
Cookies and local storage
We store one item in your browser's local storage: your light or dark theme preference. It never leaves your device and is not a cookie.
Advertising
Advertising is not currently enabled. Ad placements render as empty reserved space. When ads are enabled, this section will name the network and link to its opt-out.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. Since the only personal data we hold is what you have emailed or submitted to us, a request tofixmytech04@gmail.com is enough to action any of these. We respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention
Contact form messages are kept for up to two years so we can follow up on corrections. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings, currently 14 months.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, note it on the homepage. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy.
